ASUS Launches ExpertBook B3 Flip and B3 Detachable
ASUS recently unveiled the ExpertBook B3 Flip and ExpertBook B3 Detachable, powerful and versatile convertible laptops designed for both work and studying. The laptops were designed to accommodate the new normal of hybrid working and learning. They are the ideal device for educators and students, as well as business workers and professionals.
ASUS ExpertBook B3 Flip
The ExpertBook B3 Flip’s 360° any-position hinge provides it flexibility for work or learning. The device can be used in tablet mode, tent mode, or stand mode for taking notes, studying, photo taking, or having meetings and presentations.
The optional garaged stylus allows users to draw, take notes, or mark papers and the handy built-in holder keeps the stylus close to hand, lowers the chance of loss, and charges it at a 15-second charge which provides enough power for 45 minutes of activity.
The B3 Flip comes with a regular user-facing webcam as well as a unique 13 MP world-facing high-resolution camera positioned on the keyboard surround right below the display. This is an ideal position for users to snap images and videos during tent mode and tablet mode.
The device also supports fast 4G LTE mobile data access and the most recent Wi-Fi 6 technology. The features are enhanced by the ASUS Wi-Fi Master technology for faster and more dependable Wi-Fi connections over longer ranges.
The keyboard, touchpad, and palm rest are all protected with ASUS Antibacterial Guard antibacterial solution to keep the B3 Flip clean. The ISO 22196 standard has statistically demonstrated that this inhibits bacterial growth by more than 99% over a 24-hour period. ASUS Antibacterial Guard is also designed to withstand alcohol-based cleaning agents making it simple to maintain the device’s surface clean and sterile.
The B3 Flip features up to 11th Generation Intel Core i7 processor with Intel Iris Xe graphics, onboard memory, and a SO-DIMM connector for memory expansion up to 48 GB for future upgrades.
The ASUS ExpertBook B3 Flip will be available in Malaysia starting mid-August 2022, with prices starting at RM4499.

ASUS ExpertBook B3 Detachable
The differences between the B3 Flip and the B3 Detachable are that the B3 Detachable features a detachable design with ExpertStand, a versatile dual-orientation stand, and cover, as well as ExpertBoard, a complementary keyboard, an expansive 16:10 multitouch screen, and inbuilt flexibility that enables it to be used horizontally or vertically as a laptop or as a tablet.
Not only that, the device is engineered with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 Compute Platform for great performance and substantial battery life, as well as fast charging.
The ASUS ExpertBook B3 Detachable will be available in Malaysia in late July 2022, with a starting price of RM2099.
