HONOR Expands Smart Lifestyle Products With New HONOR MagicBook Pro and HONOR ViewPad 6

HONOR has just recently announced a slew of brand new products to expand their All-Scenario Smart Life Products line. Among the products released include the new HONOR MagicBook Pro, the HONOR ViewPad 6, the HONOR Router 3, the HONOR Vision X1 Series as well as a range of HONOR Choice smart home devices.

HONOR MagicBook Pro

The HONOR MagicBook Pro is HONOR’s newest addition to their HONOR MagicBook Series of laptops. The HONOR MagicBook Pro features a 16.1 inch display that has a 90% screen-to-body ratio as well as thin 4.9mm bezels. There are two variants of the HONOR MagicBook Pro. One variant is powered by a 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10510U processor while the other is powered by an unspecified Intel i5 processor. As for graphics both carry the NVIDIA GeForce MX350 graphics card. In terms of memory both HONOR MagicBook Pro variants sports 16GB RAM as well as a 512GB SSD.

In addition to the HONOR MagicBook Pro, HONOR has also unveiled the HONOR Academy Program for its overseas market. Through the program, HONOR will offer learning and development opportunities to help global youths educate themselves on their new PC and services like Microsoft 365.

The HONOR MagicBook Pro will retail at RMB 5,999 (±RM 3672) for the i5 variant, and RMB 6,699 (±RM 4100) for i7 variant, and will be available in Russia from September, 2020. On the latest HONOR MagicBook news you can also check out our HONOR MagicBook review right here.

HONOR ViewPad 6

HONOR Has also announced a brand new tablet in their product lineup with the HONOR ViewPad 6. The HONOR ViewPad 6 features a 10.4 inch 2K FullView Display, Kirin 985 5G and supports the latest Wi-Fi 6+ connectivity. Other features include a 13MP Rear Camera, 8MP Super Wide Angle Front Camera, and a 7250mAh battery. In terms of memory the ViewPad 6 sports up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage with MicroSD support of up to 512GB. The ViewPad 6 is also compatible with the HONOR Magic-Pencil.

The HONOR ViewPad 6 retail price will be unveiled in China on 13th June with global availability starting from June 2020.

HONOR Router 3

Next on the list of brand new products is the HONOR Router 3. The HONOR Router 3 is the first HONOR router to utilise the new Wi-Fi 6 standard which promises users faster speeds of up to 3,000Mbps. HONOR says that the HONOR Router 3 can achieve larger bandwidth, faster speeds and lower power consumption through its use of a Wi-Fi 6+ chipset and a Gigahome Dual-core 1.2GHz CPU. The router supports OFDMA multi-user technology for direct connections to a number of devices for greater stability and better data streaming with low latency.

The HONOR Router 3 will retail for RMB 219 (±RM 134) and will be available globally from July, 2020.

HONOR Vision X1

In addition to the products mentioned above, HONOR launched a brand new Smart TV called the HONOR Vision X1. The HONOR Vision X1 features 8K decoding and display, Motion Estimate, Motion Compensation and a 4*10W speakers for output. The HONOR Vision X1 Series is also equipped with a smart assistant and can be controlled with any HONOR devices for a seamless and connected lifestyle for its users.

The HONOR Vision X1 is available in two sizes, a 65 inch variant that retails for RMB 3,299 (±RM 2019) and a 55 inch variant which retails for RMB 2,299 (±RM 1407).

Lastly, HONOR unveiled their newest addition to their HONOR Smart Life ecosystem with HONOR Choice. HONOR Choice consists of a wide range of smart products that encompasses Smart Home, Sports, Entertainment, Technology and Travel products. Among the HONOR Choice products are the TWS Earbuds X1, HONOR’s true wireless earphones that promises 24-hour battery life. The TWS Earbuds X1 retails at RMB 169 (±RM 103).

Next in the HONOR Choice line is the Smart Vacuum Cleaner. A lightweight vacuum cleaner that’s powered by a 350W 100,000rpm motor with a battery that lasts up to 65 minutes and features an ultraviolet-sterilization cleansing system.

Other products launched within the HONOR Choice line are an air multiplier, air humidifier, a smart desk lamp, a smart kettle as well as a smart ultrasonic toothbrush. All these HONOR Choice smart products will be available globally starting from June.

Pokdepinion: Wew now that’s a lot of products that HONOR launched. I’m really interested in the HONOR Vision X1 mainly because my home TV needs a desperate upgrade. Here’s hoping HONOR Malaysia brings that one here to our market!
