ORICO has launched the Obook15 Laptop, the brand’s first entry into the full PC category. It combines an AMD Ryzen 7 H-series processor with a built-in AI agent called XiaoAo, positioning it as an productivity-focused mainstream laptop. It is initially available in the United States and the Philippines.
ORICO Obook15 Laptop

The Obook15 is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 6800H processor featuring 8 Zen 3+ cores, 16 threads, and a boost clock of up to 4.7GHz, paired with Radeon 680M integrated graphics. Memory options include 12GB or 24GB of LPDDR5 at 6400MT/s, with storage ranging from 256GB to 1TB NVMe SSD. An additional M.2 slot allows storage expansion up to 4TB.
The display is a 15.6-inch IPS anti-glare panel at FHD resolution, with 5mm bezels and 81% screen-to-body ratio. Unlike most laptops today that sports 16:10 displays, it retains the 16:9 aspect ratio, though it does have lay-flat hinge. The laptop also includes a numeric keypad, a physical camera shutter, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and a solid range of port selection, which includes a pair of USB-A ports, a pair of USB-C ports, a HDMI port, and a headphone jack.
Cooling is handled by what ORICO calls a Hurricane Cooling System, with FN+Q keyboard shortcuts for switching between performance modes. The 54.29Wh battery comes bundled with a 100W charger, though charging is done via a dedicated DC barrel jack, not the USB-C ports as commonly found in modern laptops.
The Obook15 is available in three configurations and three color options: Silver, Pink, and Blue. It is currently rolling out across major sales channels in the United States and the Philippines, with market and channel availability varying by region. Pricing in USD is as follows: the 12+256GB model is priced at $689.99, the 12+512GB variant at $749.99, and the 24GB+1TB configuration at $899.99. No Malaysian pricing or availability has been announced at this time.
