The latest CAD-based renders of the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro reveal a redesigned titanium frame, thicker camera bumps, and haptic volume and mute buttons. The device is also rumored to have an all-new sensor technology and USB-C charging.

Apple’s upcoming iPhone 15 Pro is reportedly launching in September, and new high-quality renders show off some of its features. These renders depict the device in a deep red “hero color,” with a titanium frame and rounder edges. One of the most noticeable changes from previous models is the thicker camera bump, which will house larger individual camera protrusions. The iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a smaller camera bump that will reportedly contain a periscope zoom lens.
The new model will also have USB-C ports, but the fastest charging will only be available with USB-C cables certified by Apple. The volume and mute buttons will be haptic, not real, and will have two haptic engines dedicated to emulating a button press. The mute toggle will be a haptic button rather than a sliding switch.
The iPhone 15 Pro will feature thinner bezels that measure just 1.55mm all over on all sides, and the screen glass will have a subtle curvature that blends into the titanium frame. The new model will be slightly narrower than its predecessor, measuring 146.47 x 70.46 x 8.24 mm, compared to 147.46 x 71.45 x 7.84 mm for the iPhone 14 Pro. The device will be available in white, Space Black, gold, and a deep red “hero color.”
