Leaked image of Redmi Note 9 Pro shows off a surprisingly premium finish
With the realme 6 series just launched, Redmi is definitely due to mount a response. And it seems like they are more than ready for it. While the launch date for the Redmi Note 9 series is still nearly a week away, what’s apparently the Redmi Note 9 Pro has posed for the camera and revealed a pretty impressive rear finish.
The Redmi Note 9 Pro in the picture sports a fancy reflective sheen on its back, which looks extremely premium. The quad-camera placement does look pretty similar to a certain other flagship’s, but hey, imitation is the highest form of flattery.

In addition to posing for the paparazzi, the Redmi Note 9 Pro was also recently spotted on Geekbench, sporting 6GB of RAM and an unspecified Qualcomm chipset, rumored to be the Snapdragon 720G. This would make the Redmi Note 9 Pro the first Redmi smartphone to sport the Snapdragon 720G, although it might represent a downgrade from the Redmi Note 8 Pro‘s Helio G90T chipset.
Well, the wait isn’t that much longer as the online-only launch event is happening in India on 12th March.
Pokdepinion: I wonder how will Redmi’s product stack stand against the rather impressive realme 6 series. Will they offer 90 Hz displays too?
