Nokia Reportedly To Ditch ‘Dot’ Naming And Introduce New Series
It appears that Nokia is looking to introduce a new G-series for their smartphone lineup according to a rumors, where the first device from it is set to be called the G10.
Nokia G10 in the works?
According to reports, that ‘G’ prefix could mean that it is a gaming lineup. This was a tip unveiled by NokiaPowerUser, where it is believed that the Nokia G10 to come with a 6.4-inch display, a 48MP main camera, an octa-core processor, as well as a 4000mAh battery that comes with a 10W charger.
Over at Thailand, a Nokia device has been registered as TA-1334 and there’s been reports that this is the exact same device.
Aside from that, the introduction of the new series could mean that the company looks set to leave behind the “Dot” naming behind.
As it stands, take the news with a pinch of salt as they are just rumours at the moment. For more of the latest tech and gaming news plus reviews, stay tuned to Pokde.net.

Pokdepinion: All those reported specs, I’m fine but 10W charging? That’s a bit underwhelming for a gaming smartphone (if it indeed is one). Nevertheless, it will be pretty interesting to see if they indeed venture to that segment. Let’s hope they truly ditch the ‘Dot’ scheming too!
