Night video seems to be the focus for this year’s Find X5 series where they’ve utilized their very own dedicated imagine NPU, MariSilicon X that’s supposed to improve details in low-light conditions.

It runs advanced AI noise reduction (AINR) algorithm that’s designed by the OPPO Research Institute that’s able to detect and reduce noise in each frame, pixel by pixel while preserving detail, tone, and colour accuracy.

With the new series, they claim that it will improve four times in perceived night video resolution, less grain and colour reproduction, making 4K Ultra Night Video possible for the first time on an Android smartphone.

There’s a triple camera setup at the back where it consists of a 40MP IMX766 ultra-wide lens, a 50MP IMX766 wide camera, and a 15MP tele camera that offers 5x hybrid zoom and 20x digital zoom. As for the front camera, it sports a Sony IMX709 sensor where they say that it automatically switches from an 80 to 90-degree wide angle so that no one is left out for your selfies.

As you can see from the back of the phone, they’ve partnered with Hasselblad in introducing Natural Colour Calibration in Pro Mode and a range of creative Master filters.

Available in Ceramic White and Glaze Black, it comes with ceramic back panel and is splash, water, and dust resistant thanks to their IP68 rating.

Aside from that, the OPPO Find X5 Pro sports a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with WQHD+ resolution, 100% P3 colour gamut, and 10-bit support. Powering it up is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and 5000mAh battery which you can charge with its 80W SuperVooc wired charger as well as a 50W AIRVOOC wireless charger. On the other hand the normal Find X5 comes with a 6.5-inch 120Hz display, 80W SuperVooc wired charging and 30W AIRVOOC wireless charging.

The Malaysian pricing and availability has yet to be announced but rest assured that we will update you accordingly when news comes out. For more on the latest tech and gaming news plus reviews, stay tuned to Pokde.net.

Pokdepinion: That Ceramic White looks like a beauty.. The previous Find X3 Pro did impress in camera quality. With this gen’s models, I’m curious on how well they perform, especially with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip and MariSilicon X.
