OPPO has announced its first collaboration with Moonton, creators of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), to showcase its new Reno12 F 5G smartphone. This weekend will see players competing for the top spot in the OPPO x MLBB roadshow hosted in Sunway Velocity Mall, Kuala Lumpur.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is one of the best-known mobile game in the world, and is among the most played MOBA game in the region. With its popularity here in Malaysia, the game has produced a good amount of esports talents – one of which is the Selangor Red Giants team, which took home the MLBB Mid-Season Cup title under the Esports World Cup (EWC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this year.
The tournament will feature 515,000 in-game diamonds and RM19,000 for the prize pool, with the tournament winner set to claim 50,000 diamonds, RM10,000 prize, and each player will be taking home the OPPO Reno12 F smartphone. Three of the runners-up will be taking a portion of the cash and diamond rewards as well.
The roadshow will be featuring the Reno12 series (Reno12 Pro, Reno12 & Reno12 F), as well as the newly-launched OPPO A3 Pro, with exclusive gifts to be claimed upon purchase. On top of that, customers will also be eligible for lucky draw, and exclusive game merchandise. The event will run throughout this weekend, ending 10pm on September 29th, 2024.
