OPPO Reno5 Series Launched With 64MP Quad Camera From RM1,899

We’ve previously reported on the OPPO Reno5 series and today marks the official launch for them here in Malaysia, where you can get them starting from the price of RM1,899.

Both the OPPO Reno5 and Reno5 Pro comes with 64MP quad cameras at the back and a 32MP selfie camera at the front. Both of them comes with a 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charger right out of the box to power up the 4300mAh for the Reno 5 and 4350mAh battery for the Reno 5 Pro.

While both runs on ColorOS 11.1 which is based on Android 11, The OPPO Reno5 sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED display while the Reno5 Pro has a bigger 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen. Both comes with 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate.

Aside from that, the OPPO Reno5 is powered by a Snapdragon 7765G chipset while the OPPO Reno5 Pro packs a Dimensity 1000+ SoC, where both are 5G-capable. In terms of memory, the OPPO Reno5 comes with 8GB RAM that’s mated with 128GB internal storage while the OPPO Reno5 Pro offer a larger 12GB RAM that’s paired with 256GB storage.

You can get the OPPO Reno5 for the price of RM1,899 and RM2,599 for the OPPO Reno5 Pro. Pre-orders for both devices has begin and will last until the 26th of January 2021. Those who order early will get free gifts worth RM397 where it includes an OPPO Enco W11, OPPO phone case worth RM129, and a complimentary 1 year extended warranty worth RM109. Adding to that, those who pre-order two units with a friend (or family) at any OPPO Sales & Service Center will receive a set of BFF friendship phone cases + RM100 rebate on their purchase.
