Samsung Galaxy Watch4
Designed to “raise the bar for wearables”, we have two new smartwatches; the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and the Galaxy Watch4 Classic. The former comes in 44mm and 40mm sizes whereas the latter comes in 46mm and 42mm sizes. Both wearables will be powered by the Exynos W920. Unsurprisingly, the rotating bezels make their return here.
One important highlight of the new wearables is health, starting with the 3-in-1 Samsung BioActive Sensor consisting of the Optical Heart Rate Sensor (PPG), Electrical Heart Sensor (ECG), and Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis Sensor (BIA). Then we have the new Body Composition analysis tool, which can measure your skeletal muscle, fat mass, body fat, BMI, body fat, and more in 15 seconds with up to 98% accuracy.
They are also broadening the fitness aspect of the wearables, now including Group Challenges to keep you as well as the people around you more motivated to achieve your respective goals. Samsung has also enhanced the sleep management tool, which now comes with snoring detection and continuous blood oxygen tracking as you sleep. The improved Sleep Score will give you a better insight into your sleep.
To broaden its use, both wearables now use a new platform that was designed together with Google so you can conveniently use Samsung and Google apps from a single tap. They will also be running the new One UI watch interface for a more seamless experience. Furthermore, they made it easier to interact with them as you can use Bixby Voice, the rotating bezels, and gesture controls.

Samsung Galaxy Buds2
The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 is a pair of wireless TWS earbuds that uses Bluetooth 5.2. You have a dynamic 2-way speaker system in each earbud consisting of a woofer and a tweeter. As for the microphones, you have a triple-mic setup consisting of 2 outer microphones and an inner one for clear voice quality.
Like the Galaxy Buds Live and Buds Pro, the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 comes with Active Noise Canceling (ANC), which is said to cut external background noise by up to 98%. To allow you to tailor your experience, you can control the amount of ambient sound up to 3 levels. Furthermore, Samsung’s AI-based solution can intelligently filter out background noise so callers can hear your voice clearly as well.
This new pair of TWS earbuds is said to be the lightest and smallest earbuds in the series thus far, having their iconic curved shape which is said to be more comfortable and helps protect against wind noise. To help improve the fit of the earbuds, it now comes with a new Earbud Fit Test feature in the Galaxy Wearable app so you can optimize the fit. As for battery life, you can expect 5 hours of playback with ANC, and 20 hours with the charging case.

Pokdepinion: I’m curious to see how different it will be from the Galaxy Buds Pro. Also, very interested to see how well the tracker works in the Galaxy Watch4 series.
