The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) Southeast Asia 2026 Fall is set to begin on August 14, with 18 teams from across the region competing over five weekends. The season concludes with the Grand Finals on September 19-20 in Surabaya, Indonesia, while the top eight finishers will qualify for the FFWS Global Finals 2026 in November.

The tournament returns to Indonesia for the first time since FFWS Southeast Asia 2024 Fall, where Surabaya serves as this season’s Grand Finals host under the tournament’s rotating host city format. The 18 competing teams are drawn from four regional leagues: five each from Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, and three from Malaysia.
Indonesian representatives are Bigetron by Vitality, Evos Divine, MBR Omega, Onic, and RRQ Kazu. Thailand is represented by AG.AL, Buriram United Esports, Team Akkee, Team Falcons, and Twisted Minds. Vietnam sends Gangster, Gow Esports, P Esports, Secret WAG, and Team Flash, while Malaysia is represented by Esports Putrajaya, Maqna Esports Club, and VAMOS.
The competition opens with the Knockout Stage, structured across three phases: In Phase 1 (14-23 August), all 18 teams compete to accumulate standings points over two weeks, with the top 12 teams advancing to Phase 2. Phase 2 (28 Aug – 6 Sept) sees the top two teams from each matchday qualify directly for the Grand Finals. Teams ranked 13th-16th after Phase 1 rotate into the remaining matchdays to maintain a 12-team lineup. In Phase 3, the remaining teams compete for the final six Grand Finals spots.
The Grand Finals (19-20 September) will use the Champion Rush format, with the qualifying threshold set at 110 points this season. The first team to reach that threshold and secure a Booyah! win will be crowned FFWS Southeast Asia 2026 Fall champions. All matches will be broadcast live on the official Free Fire Esports channels in Bahasa Melayu and English.
