MSI has announced the launch of online registration for the MSI Gaming Arena (MGA) 2024. Originating in 2010, MGA is an annual event that aims to enhance gaming skills, promote international exchange, and provide gamers and players with an unparalleled world-class gaming experience, the company says.
MGA 2024: Details
MGA 2024 will feature Riot Game’s esports shooter, Valorant, and cover the Southeast and South Asia regions. The event will include top teams from Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
Online registration will be open from August 5 at 12:00 PM to August 25 at 11:59 PM (Malaysian Time), with 32 slots available per country; participating teams will compete in online regional qualifiers (Sept 12-17) and playoffs (Sept 21-22), with all matches streamed live on MSI’s official YouTube channel.
Winning teams will advance to the Grand Final in Thailand set on October 19-20, with MSI covering accommodation, airfare, visas, and transportation. The final will be held at the Thailand Game Show 2024 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, where top teams from around the world will compete for the ultimate MGA title.
