Fortnite Is Looking For The Next Big Emote From TikTok
Love it or hate it, Fortnite is probably one of the most famous games on the planet. There’s been a lot of cases previously where they’ve been sued for featuring emotes/dance moves from other parties. With emotes being ever so iconic in the game, they are now on the lookout for the next big thing from…TikTok.
In search of the new emote, Fornite is current hosting their Emote Royal Contest on TikTok, where you will need to perform an original dance move and then submit it on the social media app using the hashtag #EmoteRoyaleContest.
As you can see, they’ve managed to get Pokimane to the contest itself. Epic Games will determine the winner, where they will see their dance move to become a real emote in the game. In addition to that, the winner will get their hands on 25,000 V-Bucks, as well as a Fortnite VIP giveaway package that includes two hoodiies, a crossbody bag, a battle bus drone, Funko toy, Fornite edition of Jenga, and more.
Besides creating and uploading your original dance moves, you will also need to use their pre-selected audio/tracks.
The competition is up and running now and will last until the 24th of January 2020.
