New Final Fantasy XV Mobile Game Is In The Works
Square Enix appears to not be done with Final Fantasy XV just yet. There is a mobile game set in the same world that is currently in development, and it’s an MMORPG developed using Unreal Engine 4. It’s tentatively called Final Fantasy XV Mobile.
Developed as a joint effort between South Korean developer JSC, Chinese developer GAIA, and Shanghai publisher Oriental Pearly Group, Final Fantasy XV Mobile was actually announced back in 2017. It was expected to be released in 2019 exclusively for China but it didn’t materialize. Now, it’s expected to be released worldwide.
Final Fantasy XV Mobile is set right after Noctis and his friends leave for their journey. However, it will not be the same adventure in the main game as it is set in a parallel version of the world, where the sky is now home to giant floating continents along with other new areas.
Familiar areas in the main game will be explorable but we’re uncertain if there will be a limit to that just yet. Not much else is known about the game, but a release date is set to be announced anytime now. We also expect to see a launch trailer within the first half of 2020.
Final Fantasy XV is expected to be released for both Android and iOS devices.

Pokdepinion: Well, I don’t mind trying if it’s a mobile game. I had plenty of fun in Final Fantasy Awakening so I have hopes for this one.
