Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Adds Tamagotchi-like Pets To The Game

Infinity Ward has introduced a new feature in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare that’s called Tomogunchi. They are watches in the game that you can raise yourself while playing.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Tomogunchi

The concept is is similar to the old classic Tamagotchi, where you will start off with an egg. You can check your watch to see your pet by pressing the up arrow key or D-pad (up). Once it hatches, well you’ll need to raise it up.

To take care of it, well you need to simply show everyone who’s boss and beat everyone (in this case killing in the game).

Your pet has different moods and it seems that it can track kills, objective scoring, killstreaks, as well as wins.

Adding to that, you can also make your Tomogunchi pet evolve by filling the Bonus Charge meter. What exactly that fills that meter up, well you will need to play and find out yourself to learn what your pet loves the most.

Similar to Tamagotchi, if you don’t take care of your pet, it will die and you will have to start all over again.

Pokdepinion: Well.. I wasn’t expecting this. Though it’s good to see that Modern Warfare has brought in so many updates since its launch (not good for my storage space though!)
