We have received information from credible sources that a Fortnite X The Last of Us crossover event will be happening this September 2022. This will coincide with the launch of The Last of Us Part 1 Remake, which will be launching in the same month as well.
From what we know thus far, this crossover event will include skins for both Joel and Ellie, though it is unknown whether it will be their appearance and outfits from Part 1 or Part 2. Apparently, it has been in the works for months now, with more details surfacing as we are getting closer to the release date.
The Last of Us Part 1 Remake has officially gone gold, which means there should be no delays for the game’s launch. Fortnite is also currently seeing the limited-time No Swear Summer event with new summer-themed skins. For anyone who might be done with it, you can look forward to possibly one of the biggest crossovers in the game’s history coming soon.
Fortnite is currently available for free on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Android, iOS, Mac and PC via Epic Games Store.
Pokdepinion: This is a pretty ambitious crossover if I do say so myself. However, this is probably the only game that can pull off such a feat, given their past crossover events.
