Discord Beta Sees the Arrival of PS5 Voice Chat Integration
It appears that a number of Discord beta users suddenly have access to the highly anticipated PS5 voice chat integration feature.

Nothing much else is new apart from the voice chat integration. You get to show the games you are playing on Discord, but that has been available since February of this year. Nothing has been officially announced by PlayStation and Discord so likely they are still testing this feature.
It’s worth noting that industry insider Tom Henderson claimed that PS5 voice chat integration will be launching on 8th March 2023. It’s expected to arrive on the PS5 for sure, but no word on a PS4 release of the feature, and it might just not happen.
Pokdepinion: It’s certainly good news since it shows how development of the feature is progressing well. I’m certain they’re just trying to collect feedback before they make the final public release, and we might be able to expect it to do more when it does arrive.
