CES 2020: Acer Reveals Three New Predator Gaming Monitors With Expansive Views

Over at Las Vegas, Acer has introduced three new Predator monitors with large displays as well as powerful features in the Predator X32, Predator X38, and the Predator CG552K.

Acer Predator X32

Starting off with the Acer Predator X32, as you can tell by its name, its size is 321-inch. It features NVIDIA G-SYNC ULTIMATE which offers a broad contrast ratio and expanded color palette.

Offering UHD resolution (3840×2160), it can reach up to 1440 nits brightness. Other than that, it comes with 144Hz refresh rate as well as VESA DisplayHDR 1400 certified.

Coming with an IPS panel, it also offers three HDMI 2.0 ports, four USB 3.0 ports, as well as a DisplayPort 4.1. For audio, it comes with two 4W stereo speakers.

The Acer Predator X32 gaming monitor comes with the price of USD $3,599 (~RM14,785)

Acer Predator X38

Up next is the Predator X38 gaming monitor which comes with a 37.5″ UWQHD+ (3840 x 1600) display with a 2300R curve. Coming with NVIDIA G-SYNC support, the monitor also comes with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification.

Coming with Delta E < 1 accuracy and 98% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, the Predator X38 will also offer gamers up to 175Hz refresh rate (overclock) as well as 1ms.

As for connectivity, there’s a HDMI 2.0 port, DisplayPort 1.4, as well as four USB 3.0 ports. Not to forget, two 7W speakers are also fitted inside the monitor.

Price wise, the Predator X38 will be available at USD $2,399 (~RM9,855)

Acer Predator CG552K

The Predator CG552K is the biggest out of the trio, being at 55-inch. It offers a 4K (3840×2160) OLED panel and comes with support of up to 400 nits brightness.

It supports variable refresh rate (VRR) through HDMI, where it is compatible with both Adaptive Sync and NVIDIA G-SYNC.

Offering 0.5ms response time, it also comes with a light sensor that detects the room’s light level and adjust its brightness accordingly. It’s smart enough to enter power-saving mode should the person using the monitor leaves the area.

For ports, there’s three HDMI 2.0 ports, two DisplayPorts 1.4, a USB Type C port, as well as two USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. There’s also two 10W speakers.

The Predator CG552K is priced at USD $2,999 (~RM12,320)
