Intel Graphics Xe concept renders appear online

The upcoming Intel Graphics Xe which will be Intel’s discrete graphics brand starting from 2020, is already seeing concept renders crop up online. While it most probably won’t look like that once it comes out, it is interesting to see what it might look like if Intel decides to carry over the design from their high-end Optane drives.

It would actually be pretty cool to see if Intel actually does implement the design, because there is plenty of lighting zones for some interesting RGB lighting. There still isn’t a reference graphics card out there that features RGB lighting, so this would be quite refreshing to see.

The power connectors on the tail end of the graphics card is also a pretty cool feature, which hopefully reaches the final product too. Cable management would be a fair bit easier with it. With the card’s TDP still unknown, the blower cooler design might just suffice. But even with that said, blower designs generally run noisier.
