realme XT’s Android 10 and realme UI update is rolling out

realme has just released the realme UI update for the realme 3 Pro a few days back, and it seems like the second in line is the realme XT. The realme XT is realme’s most premium mid-range device, so it does make sense that it will receive the update as early as possible.

The latest update brings realme UI 1.0 and Android 10 to the realme XT. realme UI is to replace OPPO’s ColorOS, which is widely regarded as not up to par with most of the Android skins in the market. realme’s new customized Android skin is expected to bring a more “stock-like” experience, which should satisfy the Android purists and enthusiasts out there.

In addition to that, the update for the realme XT will come with a number of improvements as well across the board, which means that it not an update to be missed. Not like we recommend you to skip any updates, as most updates bring with them security patches and bug fixes.

With that said, it appears that the update has yet to arrive for Malaysian realme XT users. The update’s build number is RMX1921_11_C.01, so do let us know if you receive the rather sizable 3.52GB update. As usual, it will be released in a staggered rollout, so check for updates every once in a while. Hopefully you will receive a pleasant surprise soon!

Pokdepinion: I can’t wait to get my hands on realme UI. I wonder if they only switched out the launcher to differentiate from ColorOS ala POCO, or they actually went deeper than that.
