Urgent! Update your Google Chrome Now to Avoid Security Leaks
There is a new exploit on Google Chrome.
Google’s Chrome web browser just received some emergency security updates.
The new exploit affects all 3.2 billion Chrome users, with Google saying that at least one of the eleven security fixes being issued at the moment is to patch an active exploit. Google Chrome version 98.0.4758.102 patches out a total of eleven security weaknesses. One of which is a zero-day vulnerability that Google says attackers are taking advantage of right now.
The security hole could let attackers run code remotely on any computer they choose, so make sure to update your Google Chrome ASAP.
While Chrome is usually effective in automatically updating its own software, you may need to do it manually sometimes. This is particularly important for serious security inefficiencies like the one just mentioned.
Pokdepinion: I just updated my Google Chrome, so you should do yours soon if you haven’t already.
