You Can Now Purchase Homes Online On Lazada
Lazada and Mah Sing Group Berhad has joined arms to bring home purchasing online for the first time in the region.
At the back of their recent 11.11 Shopping Festival, Lazada has said the collaboration is to cater a new breed of online shoppers.
So what’s on offer when you purchase your homes on the platform? Well they are offering an exclusive 5% Lazada Incentive, which is worth RM20,000 to RM30,000, and it is the biggest online incentive that Lazada has ever offered.
As for their project that will be listed on Lazada for 12.12 includes M Vertica, Cheras; M Centura, Sentul; Sensa Residence@Southville City, KL South; M Aruna, Rawang; M Vista, Penang; and Meridin East, Johor.
If you are interested, you can now start to preview homes from today and can add to cart and purchase from 10th to 12th of December 2018.
Great news is that booking fees are fully refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase. Once the unit selection, documentation, and loan application are finalized, you can sign your Sales and Purchase Agreement and the new home is all yours.
