REDMAGIC Introduces Cyberbuds DAO TWS Wireless Earphones
REDMAGIC has introduced its latest gaming accessory, the REDMAGIC Cyberbuds DAO TWS wireless earphones: these earphones utilize Qualcomm’s latest S5 chip for minimal latency, as low as 28ms when used with the included dongle (or 39ms without). Fun fact: the name “DAO” originated from a Chinese word for deuterium (氘), a hydrogen isotope element.
They offer seven hours of continuous usage on a single charge and are compatible with various gaming platforms, including PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Android smartphones. Users can customize RGB light effects and sound modes; the “Goper” app allows control over codec formats, audio EQ modes, game modes, lighting effects, and pop-up window pairing on smartphones.
The audio is courtesy of 11mm dynamic driver and active noise reduction (ANC) of up to 48dB, and the earphones come with cVc three-mic call noise reduction; on the design front, it’s inspired by REDMAGIC’s gaming products such as the 8S Pro, with the transparent chassis being prominently featured. Meanwhile, the battery is advertised with 7 hours of runtime with its 35mAh battery on each side, as well as 350mAh battery from the case. The case also supports wireless charging, and USB-C for wired charging.
The REDMAGIC Cyberbuds DAO TWS is now available for the price of RM1,499 on the company’s official Lazada Store.
Pokdepinion: That is a very high price they’re aiming for – gunning for flagships it looks like.
