There Is An Acer Air Purifier Coming Your Way And It’s Pretty “Cool”

When you think of Acer, chances are that you’re thinking of laptops or PCs in general. What if I told you that they have an air purifier? It’s known as the AcerPure Cool, a 2-in-1 air circulator and purifier.

Released under AcerPure Inc., the AcerPure Cool is a 2-in-1 air circulator and air purifier that uses a 3-in-1 HEPA Filter to purify the air. The air circulator fan then projects the air around the room with ease.

Basically, the purifier will filter the impurities from the air first, and the circulator will project the clean up to 16 meters. It is said to need only 3 minutes to achieve full air circulator in a 27m² room. If you wish, you can even use the air purifier and air circulator separately.

The 3-in-1 HEPA Filter is combined with a catalytic-activated carbon filter which can filter out PM1.0 particles along with 99.7% of 0.3μm suspended particles and bacteria. Moreover, it also isolates harmful gases and removes odours. The Ag+ Silver Coated Filter removes bacteria in the air and is effective against the H1N1 virus.

The AcerPure Cool is equipped with a PM1.0 air quality sensor which measures indoor air quality in real-time. It will then display any changes in air quality via 3 LED indicator lights, which can then adjust the operation mode accordingly to ensure efficient purification of air in the room. Negative ios are released to further help remove harmful gases in the air, most notably formaldehyde, along with capturing solid particles and dust.

The AcerPure Cool will be coming to Taiwan, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. However, the pricing and availability will differ from country to country. We will report more on this as soon as information becomes available.
