Delta Electronics hosted the Delta SEAO Future Industry Summit 2026 in Singapore on 30 October 2026, marking the first time the annual event has been held outside Thailand after seven consecutive editions there.
Alongside the event, Delta formalized its participation in the Sustainable Tropical Data Centre Testbed Phase 2.0 (STDCT 2.0) Consortium, deepening its collaboration with the National University of Singapore College of Design and Engineering (NUS CDE).
Delta SEAO Future Industry Summit
The Summit included executive keynotes and two panel discussions covering energy infrastructure readiness for regional data centers and the role of industrial and building automation in sustainable manufacturing. The Singapore edition builds on Delta’s expanding regional presence, following the opening of its Johor Bahru office and a Solutions Day forum held in Kuala Lumpur in July 2026.

At the Summit, Delta also formalized its entry into the STDCT 2.0 Consortium hosted by NUS CDE. As part of the collaboration, Delta will supply NUS CDE with an AI Containerized Data Center and related equipment to support research and testing of data center technologies suited to tropical operating conditions.
STDCT 2.0 is a joint research initiative led by NUS and focuses on developing energy-efficient datacenter designs capable of operating reliably in tropical climates. The program evaluates and validates sustainable innovations that reduce energy and water consumption while supporting dense, AI-driven operations. More information is available at
