Alienware Aurora R11 Gaming Desktop

Earlier in May 2020, we reported about Dell bringing the Alienware Aurora R11 gaming desktop to Malaysia, alongside the Alienware M15 R3 and M17 R3 gaming laptops. Now, the power packed gaming desktop has finally arrived in Malaysia.

Alienware Aurora R11 Gaming Desktop Has Arrived in Malaysia

Alienware Aurora R11 Gaming Desktop

The design of the Alienware Aurora R11 gaming desktop is reminiscent of the R9 with its Legend design philosophy. Gamers can pick a more budget-oriented build or go full force with dual graphics cards, Intel Core i9 CPU, 64GB RAM, and dual SSD storage solutions. The motherboard itself uses the Intel Z490 chipset, which allows you to take advantage of a number of performance-enhancing features.

In Malaysia, your options are a bit different. While you can go up to an Intel Core i9-10900F the highest graphics card option is a single NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. Regardless, it will still be a powerful machine that should meet the needs of gamers today. While you can’t get a liquid-cooled graphics card, it can be done with the CPU for an additional RM100. All variants will come with a 1000W power supply installed on a swing arm for tool-less access, so you should have more than enough power if you wish to upgrade it some more on your own.

As for memory, you can get up to 32GB HyperX Fury DDR4-2933 XMP RAM, 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD, and 2TB 7200RPM HDD. If you ever need more RAM, you can actually add more yourself as it supports up to 64GB.

The Alienware Aurora R11 gaming desktop is now available in Malaysia with prices starting from RM6,499. If you’re interested, you can check out the desktop and the different configurations by clicking right here.

Pokdepinion: I do like its predecessor, but I do wish this was smaller. It still looks like a pretty solid performer either way.
