COLORFUL Launches Five New RTX 4070 GPU Models

Just like its Ti namesake, the RTX 4070 will spawn five variants, including liquid-cooled model.

COLORFUL Launches Five New RTX 4070 GPU Models

COLORFUL has announced five new models for the new GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, though as far as designs go, they’re the exact same used on the RTX 4070 Ti with the iGame Vulcan OC model, iGame Neptune OC, iGame Advanced OC, iGame Ultra W and the base model Battle-AX (NB EX) all present.

However, since RTX 4070 offers two sub-variants – one with higher TGP and 12VHPWR connector while the other uses standard 200W TGP on PCIe 8-pin connector, some models differs slightly as a result. COLORFUL didn’t specify the TGP for the cards, however with the exception of Battle-AX, the other four cards receives pretty aggressive overclocks with up to +165MHz (boost clocks) on tap.

First up is the iGame Vulcan, with +150MHz overclock on boost and a whooping 2475MHz base clock (applies to four of five cards), this card will use the 12VHPWR connector for what is very likely increased power requirements. The liquid-cooling AIO model, iGame Neptune OC, gets the highest clockspeed of the bunch with 2640MHz boost clock (+165MHz over stock) and uses the same 12VHPWR connector.

Down the line you get the iGame Advanced OC and iGame Ultra W, with the former overclocked to a still very high 2610MHz (+135MHz) and maintains the 12VHPWR for power delivery. The latter model meanwhile, uses the older PCIe 8-pin connector and runs on a less aggressive 2505MHz boost clock, just +40MHz more. Finally, the base-model Battle-AX (NB EX) follows the default RTX 4070 specs with 1920MHz base clock and 2475MHz boost clock.

The MSRP for the five RTX 4070 variants are as follows:

iGame Neptune OC-V: $829
iGame Vulcan OC-V: $819
iGame Advanced OC-V: $709
iGame Ultra W OC-V: $659
NB EX-V (Battle-AX): $599

The new models should arrive within this month globally, according to COLORFUL.

Pokdepinion: Given everything is triple-fan models I have no doubts these can handle the 200W chip perfectly fine.
