NVIDIA DLSS 3 Now Available For Diablo IV, Coming To Newest Ratchet & Clank Title
NVIDIA has announced its DLSS 3 roster has now reached 300 titles – and now this ever-growing list includes the hotly-anticipated Blizzard’s blockbuster title, Diablo IV, as well as Tower Of Fantasy. DLSS 3 is NVIDIA’s proprietary technology that renders an AI-generated frame in between native frames to provide double the framerates, which is so far limited to RTX 40 series GPUs only.
Diablo IV has now officially launched, and with it, the PC version comes with various frame-boosting technologies from NVIDIA including DLSS 3, DLSS 2, DLAA and Reflex. The company has also teased a future ray-tracing update which definitely can use some help from DLSS to minimize performance penalties. While there is a sweepstakes to win the custom version of RTX 4080 with Diablo IV backplate, bad news: upon reading the terms, it looks like Malaysia isn’t among the eligible countries to win the prize.
Meanwhile, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart – previously a Sony-exclusive title, is set to make its official debut this July 26th with DLSS 3, DLSS 2, DLAA, Reflex and ray tracing. The new title is set to include 48:9 triple-monitor ultrawide support as well.
Other new DLSS-supported titles include:
- Tower of Fantasy (available now with DLSS 3)
- Alone in the Dark (Oct 25 with DLSS 2, Alone in the Dark Prologue demo is out now)
- WILD HEARTS (available now with DLSS 2)
- Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty (available now with DLSS 2)
- The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom expansion (available now with DLSS 2, DLAA)
Pokdepinion: That’s quite a big list for DLSS 3 already. Might be difficult for AMD to compete unless it’s open-source like FSR 2.
