GIGABYTE Announces Availability For Latest AMD X670 Series Motherboards

GIGABYTE introduces four AMD X670 motherboards today – including two X670 and two X670E models.

High-end X670E AORUS models natively support PCIe 5.0 GPU slot, while mainstream X670 models utilize PCIe 4.0 GPU slot instead; all models in the lineup supports PCIe 5.0 M.2 slots with EZ-Latch design while X670E models also supports EZ-Latch Plus for quick detaching of GPUs with a single button.

18+2+2 phase 105A VRM and 8-layer PCB provides higher stability on heavier power loads with AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors. The lineup also supports memory overclocking enhancements in BIOS to support both AMD EXPO and Intel XMP modes.

GIGABYTE X670 motherboards has designed the M.2 slot to include support for future M.2 25110 form factor SSDs; Thermal Guard III heatsink improves heat dissipation efficiency to maintain sustained performance without overheating. GIGABYTE Smart Fan 6 technology keeps components from overheating with multiple temperature detection, PWM/DC fan support, 7-phase dual fan curve modes and Fan Stop mode.

The entire lineup also features 2.5GbE LAN as standard, with Wi-Fi 6E up to 2.4Gbps speeds matching wired connection; also featured are USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (20Gbps) Type-C port. The all-new GCC (GIGABYTE Control Center) is also featured, with Active OC Tuner and many features with a user-friendly experience.
