MSI AMD X670E & X670 Motherboards

MSI Introduces New Motherboards and PC Components

MSI unveiled the new MEG X670E GODLIKE, MEG X670E ACE, MPG X670E CARBON WIFI, and PRO X670-P WIFI to the AMD X670 motherboard product lineup today. These new X670 motherboards feature compatibility for AMD’s upcoming Ryzen 7000 Series processors.

AMD Ryzen 7000 Series CPUs are the first to utilize TSMC’s 5nm FinFET manufacturing, as well as AMD’s new platform and socket. The X670 chipset is split into two versions which are the X670 Extreme and X670. X670E motherboards support PCIe 5.0 through both the PCIe slot and the M.2 slot, whereas X670 motherboards only support PCIe 5.0 through the M.2 slot.

Aside from PCIe 5.0 and DDR5, all MSI X670E and X670 motherboard specifications have been improved, including rear USB Type-C support for up to Display Port 2.0 output. Furthermore, the front USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C port on MEG motherboards will offer 60W Power Delivery. The VRM design has also been improved to include up to 24+2 Power Phases with a 105A Smart Power Stage.

Both the Gaming and PRO series motherboards feature the brand-new ID concept. The Product Identity is ready on the X670 motherboard to synchronize the aesthetic appeal and properly correspond with the different product lines, especially with DIY components. MSI’s proprietary M-Vision Dashboard enables incredible customization with the touch of a finger to see more information and visual aspects of your motherboard condition.

Screw-less M.2 Shield Frozr with magnetic design to help upgrade or install M.2 SSD with ease, are the new features that come with the X670E Motherboards. A button in the back I/O panel allows for even more customization, such as entering safe boot, turning on/off all RGB LEDs, or activating Turbo Fan. All MSI X670 motherboards will support ARGB Gen2 devices, giving RGB enthusiasts more options for making their new PC shine even brighter.

MEG Series Motherboards

The MEG X670E GODLIKE and MEG X670E ACE motherboards feature an E-ATX PCB and up to 24+2 VRM phases with a 105A Smart Power Stage. They are cooled by a heatsink with a stacked fin array design as well as a heat-pipe to effectively disperse heat while retaining peak performance.

The MOSFET baseplate helps with heat dissipation for the VRM, and a metal backplate helps protect the PCB while maintaining board rigidity. The MEG Series motherboards include up to four onboard M.2 slots, including one PCIe 5.0 x4 M.2 slot and an M.2 XPANDER-Z GEN5 DUAL add-on card within the box for two extra PCIe 5.0 x4 M.2 slots for the maximum experience.

MPG Series Motherboards

The MPG X670E CARBON WIFI is more stable than before thanks to the implementation of a carbon black colour scheme. This motherboard has two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots and four M. 2 slots that are divided into 2 M.2 PCIe 5.0 x4 slots and two PCIe 5.0 x4 slots.

The motherboard has 18+2 VRM power phases, 90A, and is cooled by an extended heatsink design. The motherboard has a distinctive finish from the Chipset Heatsink to the VRM Heatsink on the MPG X670E CARBON WIFI, which features the most recent specifications.

PRO Series Motherboards

The PRO X670-P WIFI will handle any task with ease because of its 14+2 Phases Duet Rail Power System and two 8-pin CPU power ports. The PRO Series includes 1 M.2 PCIe 5.0 x4 slot, 2.5G LAN, and Wi-Fi 6E solution to help you get through work quickly.

MEG Ai1300P / Ai1000P PCIE5 80 Plus Platinum PCIe 5.0 and ATX 3.0 Ready PSU

MSI Introduces New Motherboards and PC Components

With MSI motherboards now including advanced technology such as PCIe 5.0, the power supply is becoming an increasingly vital component of a computer setup. This is why many gamers will be interested in MSI’s upcoming MEG Ai1300P / Ai1000P PCIE5 power supply. As the first PCIe 5.0 and ATX 3.0 ready power supply units, this power supply includes an updated 16-pin PCIe 5.0 power connector capable of delivering up to 600W of power.

The PSU can detect and regulate the fan speed based on the power demand and internal system temperature. When the load is less than 55% or the temperature is less than 70 degrees, the fan will automatically turn off to reduce noise and conserve energy. The MEG Ai1300P / Ai1000P PCIE5 also includes real-time monitoring of power-related information such as CPU and GPU output wattage and current power efficiency.
