Forget about holey mice. The Cooler Master MM730 proves that you can have an ultralight mouse without having to trigger your trypophobia, coming in at a mere 48g. And you don’t have to deal with cramp-inducing tiny mice either, as the Cooler Master MM730 features a proven ergonomic shape that has been featured in various mice, including the MM530 and MM531 in Cooler Master’s lineup.

The Cooler Master MM730 is one of the first new products featured in the Cooler Master Summer Summit 2021 to arrive in Malaysia. For those who weren’t keeping track, the Cooler Master MM730 packs a premium 16000DPI PixArt PMW3389 optical sensor that is capable of tracking at up to 400 inches per second, with 50G of acceleration. This is a top-notch sensor designed for absolute precision.

The sensor is not the only thing that’s optical on the Cooler Master MM730 though. The mouse switches are the LK Optical Mouse Switches, which feature zero debounce delay and a lifespan of up to 70 million clicks. The scroll wheel also touts an optical encoder, promising better durability and responsiveness than conventional mechanical options.

While the Cooler Master MM730 is a wired mouse, the Ultralight cable on the Cooler Master MM730 ensures that your movements are not restricted. Helping this along are the PTFE feet, for an effortless glide as you track your shots. And if that’s not enough, the mouse comes with grip tape out of the box, so you can enhance the grippiness of the mouse if you need to. Make it yours, as they say.

The Cooler Master MM730 is available in Malaysia for RM189, which is a very reasonable price if you consider the fact that it weighs less than 50g, and yet packs all the cutting edge features you would want in a serious gaming mouse. This mouse is best suited for palm grip users, with fingertip or claw grip users probably better served by the smaller Cooler Master MM710 and MM720.
