Halogen Capital has launched Halogen Partner Portfolios, a B2B2C digital platform designed for licensed financial planners, Corporate Unit Trust Advisers (CUTAs), and appointed Marketing Representatives in Malaysia.
The platform enables advisers to refer clients to professionally managed, multi-asset portfolios combining global equities, domestic bonds, gold, and digital assets. Halogen holds a Capital Markets Services License (CMSL) and is licensed as a Digital Investment Manager (DIM) by the Securities Commission Malaysia.
Halogen Partner Portfolios Opens Multi-Asset Access From RM1,000

Previously focused on sophisticated investors and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) since its founding in 2023, Halogen has extended access to all investor types through this launch by lowering the minimum investment entry point down to just RM1,000. Advisers match clients to a risk profile, while Halogen manages allocation, monitoring, exposure management, and portfolio rebalancing on a discretionary basis.
Three ready-to-deploy Halogen Core Portfolios are available across risk tiers: the Conservative portfolio (low risk) targets 5-6% p.a. returns, allocating 80% to Malaysian income funds, 15% to global equities, 2% to gold, and 1-5% to crypto. The Balanced portfolio (medium risk) targets 6-10% p.a. returns, with 50% in fixed income, 39% in equities, 4% in gold, and 5-10% in crypto. The Growth portfolio (high risk) targets 10-15% p.a. returns, combining 63% in global and US equities, 20% in domestic bonds, 6% in gold, and 10-15% in crypto.
Halogen Partner Portfolios includes tools for custom portfolio branding and deployment, end-to-end digital client onboarding, flexible fee structure configuration, and unified reporting across conventional and digital asset holdings. CUTAs and institutional partners have already placed over RM30 million in assets under management (AUM) through the platform. Halogen has set a target of RM1 billion in total AUM in the coming year, driven by expanding adviser partnerships and the addition of multi-asset capabilities.
Pokdepinion: The move to lower the entry threshold to RM1,000 should make these portfolios within reach for a much wider investor base than previously served.
