Parkson Credit And Boost Bank Form Strategic Alliance To Expand Digital Financial Services

Parkson Credit Sdn Bhd and Boost Bank, Malaysia’s first homegrown digital bank, have formed a strategic alliance aimed at accelerating the adoption of digitally enabled banking and financing solutions across Malaysia. The partnership combines Boost Bank’s digital banking infrastructure with Parkson Credit’s consumer financing expertise, targeting a shared customer base of underserved Malaysians.

Through simplified onboarding and digital channels, the alliance is intended to create more direct access to a wider range of financial services, including loans, insurance and current account/savings account (CASA) products, while supporting market share growth for both companies.

According to Parkson Credit CEO Danny Poh, the partnership is part of the company’s efforts to make financial services more accessible to everyday Malaysians. “By leveraging our complementary strengths, we are confident this partnership will create a more seamless and efficient financing ecosystem, enabling us to serve underserved communities more effectively while accelerating our growth across broader market segments,” he said.

Boost Bank CEO Fozia Amanulla said the partnership combines the digital bank’s banking capabilities with Parkson Credit’s consumer financing expertise. “Financial inclusion is most impactful when banking becomes part of people’s everyday lives. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to making banking simpler, more convenient and more relevant,” she said.
