Rakyat Digital Global Learning Pass Cohort Two Waiting List

The Rakyat Digital Global Learning Pass was launched on 16 September 2026 under the broader Rakyat Digital platform, fully funded by the government and forms part of efforts to advance Malaysia’s AI Nation 2030 vision, the Malaysia Digital 2030 Action Plan (MD2030), and the National AI Action Plan 2026-2030.

With the first cohort of 25,000 licenses exhausted, new applicants can register on a priority waiting list for Cohort Two. MyDIGITAL Corporation has stated that the next batch of licenses will be released as soon as additional slots become available, though no specific timeline has been confirmed. In total, 100,000 free Coursera passes will be made available across multiple cohorts over the course of one year.
