You Can Now Link Your Discord To PlayStation Account
Recently Discord has allowed you to link up your PlayStation account to the software, where it is rolling out to users in phases.
Discord now available to link with PlayStation account
If you are interested in linking up your Discord to your PlayStation Network account, all you need to do is head to your Settings then click on Connections. If the feature is already available for you, you will see the PSN logo from the list.
Click on it and you will then be prompted to enter your PSN login details. You can also do it through the Discord app where you’ll need to go to User Settings, Connections, and then Add to link the platform.
Once you have connected your account, you will be able to share your profile as well as share your PlayStation Network as your status, which shows your PlayStation activity and the games that you are playing.
Unfortunately, that’s pretty much all you can do by linking to the app. You still can’t have voice chats in it. For more on the latest tech and gaming news plus reviews, stay tuned to Pokde.net.
Pokdepinion: It’s a shame really. When I saw the news, the first thing that came to mind is that you’ll be able to talk with your PlayStation friends on Discord. It would be handy for games that have cross-play. Oh well, maybe it’s coming soon.
