Grab Online Shop Introduced In Supporting Small Food Businesses
Grab Malaysia has introduced the GrabFood Small Business Programme in helping small businesses to adapt in the pandemic period.

The programme fits into the company’s #TechUntukSemua initiative where they aim to empower small businesses to access opportunities from the digital economy. It comprises of three key areas; an online solution, a marketing campaign to drive demand and visibility on GrabFood, as well as learning and development opportunities for small businesses.
The Grab Online Shop is scheduled to launch in June 2021, where it enables businesses to have their own branded website with a unique URL as an additional sales channel. The shop will be integrated with GrabPay and GrabRewards, and deliveries fulfilled by Grab’s delivery partners. It comes with a service fee of 10% but despite that, as part of introduction of the programme and service, small businesses can enjoy a 0% service fee till the end of 2021.
They will run GrabFood Small Business Week promotions each month to spotlight small businesses on the platform where they aim to increase discoverability of said businesses. They will kick things off with a free delivery campaign from May 25 to June 7 2021.
Aside from that, the company will organize a series of webinars to equip businesses with knowledge and insights on how to grow their business further with Grab.
