Android 14 Now Has Native App-Cloning Feature For Multiple Account Logins
Some manufacturers already have this feature, but now stock Android will finally have it too.

XDA’s Mishaal Rahman has found and enabled a hidden feature behind Android 14’s Preview 1 release, called ‘App Cloning’. Most users should be at least familiar with how this feature works, but if not, here’s a summary:
Much like what it says in the name, app cloning allows user to essentially create a separate copy of the same app to allow multiple, simultaneous account logins without the need to switch or re-entering account credentials. This is helpful for those who have two accounts at once and needs to have active notifications on both – whereas the traditional account-switching method often isn’t capable of sending notifications once logged out.
As the Preview 1 release is still fresh from the oven (it’s only released few days ago), some of the feature are still half-baked (pardon the pun). First of all, enabling this feature in the first place isn’t straightforward, as the writer said enabling it requires some modification to ‘flags’ (settings intended for developers) in order for this to work. The feature may not eventually end up in the final Android 14 release, but it’s a start at least.

Pokdepinion: Google is probably more than 5 years late (my Samsung from 2018 had this feature), but better late than never I guess?
