Here’s a pro tip for those outside of the Apple ecosystem: do you know you can transfer files wirelessly from your Windows system to your smartphone using the Phone Link app (accompanied by Link to Windows app on your phone)? This process involves drag-and-drop your files with Phone Link opened and the smartphone’s screen casted to the system, but Microsoft is testing a method that simplifies this down to a single menu.
Microsoft Simplifies File Sharing To Android From Windows Systems

Since Windows 10, the operating system has a share menu that allows any Windows machine to share files to any other Windows systems via Nearby Share feature. Based on the changelog listed on the Windows 11 Insider Preview Build (22635.3785 beta channel), Microsoft is soon enabling linked Android devices to appear on the share menu, so you can send files with just one click. Note that this requires the smartphone to be linked to the Windows machine first (as aforementioned).
Aside from this change, the update is also bringing back one of the features from Windows 10 – jump lists. Now, right clicking an app will present you with a list of recent files or app-specific actions which allows you to instantly access it, which can help shave off those precious seconds on your workflow. Additionally, you can now drag icons from the Start Menu and drop it onto Taskbar to pin them.
