PRISM+ has announced the launch of PRISM+ Care subscription-based servicing plan for its air conditioners, alongside the introduction of the Luna Classic air conditioner. The new plan starts from RM79 per unit quarterly, with options ranging from single-year to seven-year subscriptions.

PRISM+ Care includes regular servicing with the company’s FoamJet cleaning technology, which provides a thorough clean of filters, coils, and fins every three months. Customers also receive free gas top-ups and scheduled chemical washes (performed every two years) to maintain long-term performance and efficiency. Regular servicing under the plan also extends the product’s warranty coverage for up to seven years.
Subscription pricing is structured at RM79 per unit quarterly, RM375 annually (RM75 per unit), and from RM552 for multi-year upfront plans, working out to RM69 per unit depending on the chosen duration. Services are currently available in the Klang Valley, with expansion planned for Johor and Penang from the fourth quarter of 2025.
Launched alongside the plan, the PRISM+ Luna Classic is designed as a cost-effective air conditioning option. It features 4-way directional airflow, a multi-layer air filtration system including Active Carbon, Anion, Vitamin C, and Catechin filters, and uses R32 refrigerant for improved efficiency and lower environmental impact.
The Luna Classic will be available in two models: a 1.0HP unit with 9,000 BTU/h cooling capacity for RM699 and a 1.5HP unit with 12,000 BTU/h cooling capacity for RM849. Pre-orders for the Luna Classic open on 1 September 2025 through the official website.
