The knowledge hub is now available in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and Tamil, extending its reach to more communities nationwide. The initiative is carried out in collaboration with the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), and other government agencies, aiming to enhance public awareness of online scams through a multi-pronged approach.

The platform’s #ThinkTwice framework encourages users to pause before engaging in risky activities, prevent scams by using safety tools and resources from local authorities, and protect the community by reporting harmful behavior. The campaign also highlights existing tools such as PDRM’s Semak Mule portal and MCMC’s Sebenarnya.my verification platform and AIFA fact-checking assistant, integrating official resources into TikTok’s wider educational effort.

Malaysians can access the knowledge hub directly by searching #ThinkTwice or related keywords on TikTok. It provides information on scam prevention tips, TikTok’s Community Guidelines, safety features, and contact points to relevant helplines, positioning the initiative as part of the broader national effort to strengthen digital safety and resilience.
