Norse Saga has officially launched its Open Beta Test (OBT) across Southeast Asia, with PlayPark and Ujoy Games bringing the fantasy mobile RPG to players in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam starting 15 September 2026. The Norse Saga Open Beta is available on Android, iOS, and via MuMu Emulator.

The game tasks players with exploring the Nine Realms, building and developing characters, collecting Star Spirit companions, and engaging in both PvE and PvP combat. The overarching story centers on joining forces with the Goddess of Fate to protect the World Tree from a threat known as the World Ender.

Two gift codes are available to players during the launch window, valid from 15 to 30 September 2026: the code OBTSOON grants 20 Bound Rainbow Diamonds, 10 Level 1 Gem Secret Chests, and 1 Hero’s Star, while the code NSLIVENOW provides 30,000 Silver Coins. The OBT period also features a ranking competition called “The Conqueror: Hall of Fame”, where players compete across PvP battles and character development activities for a share of a prize pool worth over US$3,000 – among the top prizes include a new iPhone 18 Pro as well.

A seven-day login event runs alongside the ranking competition. Players who log in consistently over the first week can collect Hero Stars, Equipment, and Bound Diamonds, with Day 7 rewarding the Epic Star Spirit character Raphael, described as a powerful healing companion. PlayPark has also launched a Norse Saga Webshop where players can browse available packages and exclusive promotions to support their in-game progression.
The Norse Saga Open Beta supports Android devices running Android 10 or later with a minimum of 4GB RAM, and iOS devices on iOS 15.6 or later with the same 4GB RAM requirement. Players who prefer emulated play can use MuMu Emulator on Android 10 or later with VT (hardware virtualization) enabled on the host system.
Pokdepinion: Seven days of logging in just to unlock a healer, classic mobile RPG hostage-taking, dressed up in Viking armour.
