The specification, labeled as MIL-STD-810H (developed by US Department of Defense) is a series of tests that involves extreme temperatures, humidity, vibration and shock tests that ensure any product passing this specification can survive in the harsh environments of the battlefield. Of course, you’re not carrying this to a warzone anytime soon – but the same standards can also be used to guarantee excellent reliability in daily use.

It’s not just that, though: ASUS went a step even further by including even more rigorous test scenarios that involves durability test, reliability test, ESD (electrostatic discharge) test, EMI (electromagnetic interference) test, and more. Additionally, the 2-year international warranty for ASUS laptops are applicable to 80 countries or regions worldwide, including countries such as Singapore, US, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, EU, and more – so you can always service the laptops abroad even if you’re working or studying overseas.

Added-value Experience

Whether you’re the owner of a regular ASUS laptop, or a gaming laptop like TUF and ROG models, or even the high-end ProArt creator laptops – you’re well covered. As standard, all laptops comes with 2-year warranty, the first year of which is what ASUS calls “Perfect Warranty”. Under this period, the laptop are covered under user-inflicted damage, such as accidental drops, chassis damage, liquid spills and electrical surges.
