Assassin’s Creed Rebellion Officially Launched for iOS and Android

The folks over at Ubisoft has officially announced a brand new mobile game for gamers to enjoy, and it’s Assassin’s Creed Rebellion. The game is a mix between strategy and RPG set in the Assassin’s Creed universe. The best part here is that the game is free.

Assassin’s Creed Rebellion is, set in Spain during the height of the Inquisition. Players wiill manage their own fortress and forge their own Brotherhood by recruiting and training more a number of Assassins. As they upgrade skills and become more powerful, players will spark the rebellion against the Templars and take on missions with custom teams of three Assassins from their Brotherhood.

With multiple combat styles, players can tackle missions in various ways by utilizing stealth, assassinating or directly attacking the Templars to weaken their oppressive grip on Spain and put an end to their reign.

Assassin’s Creed Rebellion was developed by Behaviour Interactive, in collaboration with Ubisoft Montreal. It is said to be a completely new experience for the series as it allows players to engage with fan favorite Assassins from different eras. This includes the likes of Ezio Auditore, Aguilar, Shao Jun, Claudia and Machiavelli.

It’s also expected to have more than 20 new unlockable characters created exclusively for the game. Players will explore different settings from the franchise during time-limited events, including Ancient Greece in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, to compete with other players in the event leaderboard and to earn exclusive new heroes.
