Apex Legends Steam Launch Confirmed for November 2020
As many of you may know by now, EA has been adding more and more of their games on Steam. Now, we have the official Apex Legends Steam launch date, and it’s happening very soon.
Apex Legends Steam Launch Confirmed
The Apex Legends Steam launch date has been confirmed fpr 4th November 2020. The launch date will coincide with the launch of Season 7 of the game. If you have been previously playing via an EA Origin account, all of your progression and unlocks will transfer between the two platforms.
Furthermore, Steam players will be getting the Half-Life and Portal-inspired gun charms for free as long as they have logged into the game in Season 7. Given how many PC gamers there are on Valve’s digital storefront, the Apex Legends Steam launch will definitely see a huge spike in player base.
In other related news, Apex Legends was slated for a Nintendo Switch launch this year but unfortunately, it will be delayed until next year. It was recently rated by the ESRB so an announcement will be coming anytime now.
For now, Apex Legends is currently available for free on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Origin. They’ve even implement cross-play now, albeit in public beta.
Pokdepinion: I foresee a spike in the player base, so you’d have more players to have fun with. Hopefully it doesn’t get too toxic, though.
