Tom Henderson has once again provided some insider information about the development roadmap of Sony’s PlayStation 5 console. According to Henderson, Sony has plans to release another piece of hardware before the much-rumored PS5 Pro, which he previously reported on. He also teased that he might reveal more juicy details about the PS5 Pro in the coming months, and that there is more hardware in development at Sony than what is currently known.
During a recent stream, Henderson stated, “I think I will be able to talk about PS5 Pro in the next couple of months, because that’s when a lot more people are going to be made aware of the console.” He also mentioned that he may share more information about the PS5 Pro in May or June. Furthermore, he revealed that Sony is planning to release another piece of hardware before the Pro, which he may disclose soon.
Henderson previously broke the news about a new PS5 hardware model back in September of last year. Pokdepinion: Having one with a detachable disk drive feels rather odd, but I suppose that’s one way of making use of the Digital Edition’s stocks. I would assume it would be the same as the Digital Edition, just with an extra USB-C port, and it shouldn’t be difficult to add either.
