Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection Releasing On PS5 In January 2022
The release date for the upcoming Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection has been revealed in a recent PlayStation blog post and it is set to arrive on the PS5 on 28th January 2022.

The Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection was first announced back in September during the PlayStation Showcase 2021. The collection includes remastered versions of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.
The blog post also revealed that the games in Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection will get graphic updates and features Fidelity Mode and Performance Mode. Fidelity Mode allows gamers to play the games in 4K resolution but capped at 30 frames per second while the Performance Mode will get you 60 frames per second but capped at a resolution of 1080p. If played on a 120Hz display, there is also a Performance+ Mode that will allow gamers to play the games at 120 frames per second but also capped at a resolution of 1080p.
Other features coming to the Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection includes 3D Spatial Audio as well as tweaked rumble and resistance in-game to take advantage of the DualSense controller’s haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. The collection also sees almost instant load times due to the power of the PS5 console.
Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection will retail for RM209 and can be pre-ordered now here. Those who own the PS4 versions of either Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, or Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End & Uncharted: The Lost Legacy Digital Bundle can opt to pay RM40 to upgrade to the PS5 version which can be played from the 28th January 2022 onward. It should also be noted that those who claimed Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End through their PS Plus subscription are not eligible for the RM40 upgrade.
Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection is set to release on the PS5 on 28th January 2022 while the PC version will release sometime later in the year.
Pokdepinion: I love the Uncharted series but I just realised I haven’t played nor do I own Uncharted: The Lost Legacy on my PS4. Sadly, it can’t be bought individually anymore so I’m going to have to get the bundle even though I already own Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. Bummer.
