Low-end GPU market is pretty much a niche these days, given the likes of RTX 4060 or Radeon RX 7600 is pretty much the lowest you can go if you’re shopping for a new GPU. Anything lower is pretty much designated as “display duty”, so it comes as a surprise when leaker @KOMACHI_ENSAKA claimed that AMD is preparing two new RX 7000 series models for this market segment.
Entry-Level RDNA3 GPUs
The two new GPUs in question are Radeon RX 7400 and Radeon RX 7300, both of which are claimed to use Navi 33 silicon. Make sense, given that Navi 33 silicon is only used as a full-size silicon for desktop segments, whereas cut-down variants are used for workstation (W7500) and laptop (7600M/7600S) models.
There isn’t much known past the silicon itself, however. It’s most likely using cut-down dies, but exactly how much is still a mystery: for reference, RX 7600 series features all 2,048 cores on the Navi 33 silicon. If we’re taking guesses, the RX 7400 and RX 7300 might go as little as 1,024 cores and 768 cores respectively, the former of which is exactly the core count of the Radeon 890M found in the latest Ryzen AI 300 series laptop chips.
Still, having a desktop form factor means it can utilize more power, which converts to higher clock speeds, and higher framerates. Don’t expect too much out of these two, though – it’s safe to assume these cards are designed for basic gaming, and not much else.

Pokdepinion: It’s designed to compete with Intel Arc A380, that’s for sure.
