Apparently over in the internet, the not-yet-released Samsung Galaxy S9’s design was leaked, via a phone casing render of their latest device.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Design Leaked?

New Samsung Galaxy S9 Design Leaked - Phone Case Reveals Build! 21According to the leak, there will also be a S9+ edition where it features a dual rear camera, with the second lens located underneath the first, which is different compared to the design of Note 8’s side by side build. The Galaxy S9 on the other hand will sport a a single rear-facing camera. Also, it seems they have learnt how to position the rear-facing fingerprint sensor properly, something we noticed since the Galaxy A8 (2018).

Worth mentioning is that the Samsung Galaxy S series have grown in size every generation. So that begs the question, will the new Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ be bigger than the Note 8? As we can see here, it does feature a dual camera, but what else will they introduce? Do they have something up their sleeves for the cameras, as the 12MP f/1.7 camera system has been implemented ever since the Galaxy S7.

In addition, Samsung does have exclusive access to the Snapdragon 845 chipset, but that fact doesn’t mean that they won’t make a Exynos variant. Despite having already announced the Exynos 9810, information on it is very limited, but we should expect to see it in this new device.

With a couple of months to go for the S9’s launch, now all we can do is play the waiting game to get the full details on the device. As soon as we get the dibs on it, we’ll surely keep you up to date. Stay tuned until then!

Pokdepinion: Like most of us, I’m very curious at what they will offer that’s new to consumers. Another thing i ponder on is its price. Will it exceed the hefty price of RM3999 (the price of the Note 8 when it came out)?
