For storage, the Titan Silent 2 is capable of accommodating up to eight 3.5-inch drive bays plus two 2.5-inch bays; the chassis also offers three 5.25-inch optical drive bays for additional expansions like card readers or hot-swappable drive cages. For noise reduction, the chassis is equipped with sound-dampening materials on its inner and side panels to help reduce vibrations.
Cooling is supported by three pre-installed 120mm fans, with space for up to seven fans total, and compatibility with 360mm radiators for liquid cooling (there’s also a pair of switches that controls the airflow speeds). The top panel includes a USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) Type-C port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps) Type-A ports, two USB 2.0 ports, plus a pair of audio jacks.
The Titan Silent 2 will be available soon through partner resellers at a retail price of $79.90 (~RM357), the company has announced.
Pokdepinion: That’s a lot of drive bays – airflow is certainly a challenge in this types of cases.
