[CES 2024] COLORFUL Announces RTX 40 SUPER GPUs, 13 Variants In Total - 17

Chinese GPU AIB maker COLORFUL has announced its latest RTX 40 SUPER series lineup, consisting of 13 variants spread throughout three GPU models – the RTX 4080 SUPER, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and RTX 4070 SUPER. These new GPUs will adopt the new 12V-2×6 connector standard, which is expected to alleviate the issues stemming from its predecessor, the 12VHPWR connector.

Starting with the RTX 4080 SUPER, this GPU will be available in four variants: the flagship iGame Vulcan OC, water-cooled iGame Neptune, iGame Advanced, and iGame Ultra W series. Both the Vulcan and Neptune will get the highest overclocks out-of-the-box, at 2640MHz (from 2550MHz stock). The Advanced model gets a more modest overclock at 2625MHz, while the Ultra W gets a small clock bump to 2595MHz instead. The Battle-Ax variant is not available with this silicon.

Moving down to RTX 4070 Ti SUPER – this model will be available in all five variants COLORFUL has to offer. Interestingly, the mid-range Advanced model gets the highest overclock of all five, reaching 2685MHz, closely followed by the liquid-cooled Neptune model with 2680MHz. The premium Vulcan model is not an overclocked variant (as Vulcan W), which means it shares the same clock speeds as the entry-level Battle-Ax variant. Meanwhile, the Ultra W variant gets a +45MHz overclock to 2655MHz boost clock.

COLORFUL’s RTX 4070 SUPER silicon comes fairly aggressive with overclocks, with the leading Vulcan OC model achieving a sizeable +195MHz overclock over the stock Battle-Ax variant. In the middle of the pack, you get the Advanced OC with a 2640MHz boost clock, whereas the Ultra W gets a smaller overclock at 2565MHz. The liquid-cooled Neptune variant is not available with this model.

These GPUs are expected to go on sale according to launch dates determined by NVIDIA, starting with the MSRP model of the RTX 4070 on January 17th, 2024.

Pokdepinion: Quite the overclock for the RTX 4070 there.
